Itinerary
Our guide pick you up at your hotel then begins with a half-hour cycle trip around the most famous symbol in Vietnam, Hoan Kiem lake. After that, your guide will take you around Hanoi’s Old Quarter, where the traditional life of Vietnam still continues. Near the Dong Xuan market, your expert guide will give you an insight into the traditions and ingredients of Vietnamese food, and you will eat as you go.
Some of the foods you will try include seasonal fruits and some famous dishes such as Pho (noodle soup), crab rolls, pillow cake, Vietnamese sandwich (Banh my) and more. Your guide will then take you to one of Hanoi’s best kept secrets, a hidden café, and one of the few left in the city that still serves egg coffee. Sample this a scrumptious local delicacy while admiring the hustle and bustle of the city center below. If coffee is not your style, a cold beer awaits! At the end of the trip you are free to continue exploring the area, or your guide can assist you with directions or a taxi back to your hotel.

Note
Please note that at the weekend (from Friday night until Sunday at midnight), the area around the Hoan Kiem Lake is pedestrian only, so you will enjoy a 30-minute cyclo in the Old Quarter area instead of around the lake as on weekdays.
